Shipping Policy

- Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday ONLY. Any order placed after 12:00 PM PST will ship the following business day. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the order date. Orders placed on the weekend and Holidays are processed on the following business day. Orders placed on Holiday or Sale weekends are subject to a 24 hour processing period from the next business day. 

- If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed.

- Any package returned due to insufficient or incorrect address will be refunded. Addresses are not manually entered, therefore the address applied at checkout will be the same address on the shipping label. Bloom and Prosper is not responsible for any stolen packages after delivery of packages.

- If you received an email that your package was delivered and you have not yet received your package, please contact your local USPS Post Office.

- If your package is being held for pick-up at your local USPS Post Office, you can use your tracking link sent by Bloom and Prosper to retrieve your package.

- If your package is being held for pick-up and you are on a quarantine lockdown, please contact your local USPS Post Office and wait to retrieve your packages, for your safety.

With a minimum purchase of $50 or more at bloomandprospercandles.com, shipping is no cost to you.

 $7.99 FLAT RATE Standard U.S. SHIPPING on orders under $50

With a purchase of $50.00 or less at bloomandprospercandles.com, shipping is a flat $7.99. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping for International orders shipping is calculated based on weight at check out. All international shipments are subject to customs/duties charges.
